Beehive Labs LTD (“we”, “us”, or “SpendOwl”) operates the SpendOwl platform at spendowl.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, and authentication credentials managed through our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Apple Ads data — campaign, ad group, keyword, and performance metrics (impressions, taps, installs, spend) retrieved via the Apple Ads API using credentials you provide.
• Revenue data — transaction and subscription events received through webhooks from RevenueCat, Adapty, or Apple App Store Server Notifications that you configure.
• Attribution data — Apple Ads attribution tokens sent from our open-source SDK installed in your app, used to link installs to specific keywords.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address collected automatically when you interact with the platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the SpendOwl platform, including ROAS calculations and analytics dashboards.
• Sync and cache your Apple Ads campaign hierarchy and daily performance metrics.
• Match revenue events to ad spend for return-on-ad-spend analysis.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and support.
• Improve and optimize the platform based on usage patterns.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Apple Ads credentials are encrypted at rest. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We deploy on Vercel with industry-standard infrastructure security practices.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SpendOwl:

• Clerk — authentication and user management.
• Vercel — hosting and deployment.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Apple Ads API — campaign data retrieval.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

Cookies

SpendOwl uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our authentication provider (Clerk) may set cookies necessary for secure sign-in.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Cached Apple Ads metrics are retained to enable historical reporting. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
