Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SpendOwl (operated by Beehive Labs LTD), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

SpendOwl is an Apple Ads analytics platform that provides campaign performance tracking, return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) calculations, keyword analytics, and related reporting tools. The service integrates with the Apple Ads API, revenue providers (RevenueCat, Adapty, App Store Server Notifications), and an open-source attribution SDK.

Account Registration

To use SpendOwl, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information.
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Apple Ads Integration

By connecting your Apple Ads account, you authorize SpendOwl to access your campaign data, including campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and performance metrics, through the Apple Ads API. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that your use of the Apple Ads API through SpendOwl complies with Apple's terms and conditions.

Revenue Webhooks and Attribution

When you configure revenue webhooks (RevenueCat, Adapty, or App Store Server Notifications), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with SpendOwl. Transaction data received via webhooks is used solely for ROAS calculations within your account.

Our attribution SDK is open source and available for your review. By integrating the SDK into your app, you accept responsibility for compliance with applicable privacy laws and app store guidelines.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service (excluding the open-source SDK).
• Use the service to collect data about other users without their consent.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

The SpendOwl platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data and the open-source SDK), is owned by Beehive Labs LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your Apple Ads data, revenue data, or analytics.

Data and Privacy

Your use of SpendOwl is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Service Availability

SpendOwl is currently in beta and provided free of charge. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Apple Ads data accuracy depends on the Apple Ads API. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in data provided by Apple or your revenue providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beehive Labs LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero during the free beta period).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that ROAS calculations will be perfectly accurate.

Termination

You may stop using SpendOwl and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
